N2  - موضوع هذه الدراسة هو البحث في أطر تقديم قضايا الفقر في العالم في المواقع الإعلامية الدولية الناطقة بالعربية، وتحدد هدفها في رصد وتحليل وتفسير أطر تقديم قضايا الفقر وأسبابها وطرق علاجها ومظاهرها، وذلك عن طريق تحقيق عدد من الأهداف الفرعية من أهمها: التعرف على الأنماط التحريرية المستخدمة في تقديم المادة الصحفية المتعلقة بالفقر، وتوصيف القضايا الفرعية المنبثقة منها، وكذا التعرف على الأطر الخبرية المتعلقة بقضايا الفقر في المواقع محل الدراسة، والكشف عن العوامل المؤثرة في بنائها.
وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على نظرية الأطر، ومدخل الاقتصاد السياسي لوسائل الإعلام، وهي دراسة كمية وكيفية تستخدم منهج المسح، وأسلوب المقارنة المنهجية، وأداة تحليل المضمون. 
وقد اختارت الباحثة أربعة من المواقع الإعلامية الدولية الناطقة بالعربية هي: Independent Arabia، Arabic. CNN، Arabic.rt، ومجلة الصين اليوم، ومدة الدراسة هي الفترة الممتدة من 11 مارس 2019، وحتي 11 مارس 2021م، وتمثلت مادة التحليل في جميع المواد الصحفية التي تناولت قضايا الفقر في المواقع محل الدراسة.
وقد توصلت الدراسة في أهم نتائجها إلى ارتباط نحو (18) قضية، بقضية الفقر، وقد اتفق كل من (الإندبندنت عربية)، و(السي إن إن عربية)في تصدرالصحة لتلك القضايا، في حين احتلت الصراعات داخل الدول المرتبة الأولى لدى الموقع الروسي، وجاءت الجهود الحكومية أوالشعبية الإيجابية للإصلاح في المرتبة الأولى في الموقع الصيني. وقد احتل إطار الاستراتيجية أطر التناول في موقع مجلة الصين اليوم وذلك ارتباطًابنظام الحكمهناك، ولكون الإعلام هو المعبر عن السلطة في تلك البلدان ذات الأيديولوجية الشمولية، في حين احتل إطار الصراع الترتيب الأول في كل من موقعي السي إن إن عربية، وروسيا اليوم عربية، وركز الموقع البريطاني على إطار الاهتمامات الإنسانية، والتياتفقت مع طبيعة الموقع التحريرية المهتمة بالتحقيقات والفيتشر في الفنون الصحفية المستخدمة
; The subject of this study is to investigate frameworks for presenting poverty issues in the world in international Arabic-speaking media websites. In presenting the press material related to poverty, and describing the sub-issues emanating from it, as well as identifying the news frameworks related to poverty issues in the sites under study, and revealing the factors affecting their construction.
The study relied on the theory of frameworks, and the introduction to the political economy of the media. It is a quantitative and qualitative study that uses the survey method, the systematic comparison method, and the content analysis tool.
The researcher chose four Arabic-speaking international media sites: Independentarabia, Arabic.cnn, Arabic.rt, and China Today magazine. The period of the study is the period from March 11, 2019 to March 11, 2021. Poverty issues in the locations under study.
In its most important results, the study concluded that about (18) issues are linked to the issue of poverty, and both (The Independent Arabia) and (CNN Arabia) agreed that health issues are at the forefront of these issues, while conflicts within countries ranked first on the Russian site. Positive governmental or popular efforts for reform came first in the Chinese position. The framework of the strategy occupied the frameworks of discussion on the website of China Today magazine, in connection with the system of government there, and because the media is the expression of power in those countries with totalitarian ideologies, while the framework of the conflict occupied the first place in both the sites of CNN Arabia and Russia Today Arabic, The British site focused on the framework of human interests, which agreed with the editorial nature of the site interested in investigations and features in the journalistic arts used
