<br/><br/> تهدف الدراسة إلى تحليل تطور السياسات الداعمة للإرهاب وآلياتها وموقعها في العلاقات الدولية، مع التطبيق على حالتي الدراسة قطر وتركيا، كما تهدف إلى استجلاء تأثير تلك السياسات على الأمن القومي والإقليمي والأمن والسلّم الدوليين، وتحليل استراتيجيات وآليات المواجهة الدولية والإقليمية لتلك السياسات الداعمة للإرهاب، للوصول إلى استراتيجية لسياسات عالمية متقاربة الصياغة وموحدة المفاهيم ومتكاملة وصالحة للتطبيق العملي، مع وضع سيناريوهات مستقبلية لتطوير تلك الآليات بما يتناسب مع طبيعة تطور حجم التهديدات.  The study aims to analyze the development of policies supporting terrorism, their mechanisms and their position in international relations, with application to the two cases of study; Turkey and Qatar. The study also aims to unveil the impact of those policies on the national and regional security as well as the international security and safety and analyze the strategies and mechanisms for the international and regional confrontation of the policies supporting terrorism in order to reach a strategy for global policies that are convergent in formulation, uniform concepts, integrated and valid for practical application, while developing future scenarios for the development of these mechanisms in line with the nature of the evolution of the scale of threats.
