<br/><br/> تناولت الدراسة الراهنة موضوعا هاما وهو تأثيرتكنولوجيا الإتصالات على منظومة القيم فى المجتمعات الصحراوية . دراسة مقارنة بين مجتمع الواحات البحرية بمصر وواحة الجغبوب بليبيا , بالاضافة إلى التعرف على عدد من الأهداف منها إلقاء الضوء على الخصائص المميزة للمجتمعات الصحراوية, وكذلك التعرف على الوضع الراهن للوسائل التكنولوجية الأكثر انتشارا داخل مجتمعى الدراسة وأيضا التعرف على التاثيرات المتنوعة للوسائل التكنولوجية على منظومة القيم لسكان الواحتين , واعتمد الباحث من أجل تحقيق هذة الأهداف على مجموعة من الأطر النظرية والمنهجية التى تمثلت فى النظرية التكنولوجية , ومجموعة من المناهج منها, المنهج الانثروبولوجى , المنهج المقارن , المنهج التاريخى . وقد توصلت الدراسة الراهنة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها , انه قد حدث تاثير واضح للمنظومة القيمية جراء استخدام وسائل تكنولوجيا الاتصالات فى مجتمعى الدراسة إلى جانب بعض التغيرات التى طرأت على العادات والتقاليد والثقافة المادية و غير مادية الى جانب تأثيرها على الحياة الإجتماعية بشكل كبير .  The present study aims to study the effect of communications technology on the value system in the desert communities, a comparative study between the community of Bahria oases in Egypt and jaghbob oases in Libya. In addition to realize agoul such as sheding light on the distinguished characteristics of the desert communities. Knowing the then situation of the more common of the technology. Methods in the two communities study .to know the various effects of technology .methods on the systematic values of the two oases.<br/>The researcher depended on, to achieve these aims, group of theoretical and curriculum the frames which represented in the technology, Theory and group of curriculum such as the anthropology curriculum, the comparative curriculum and the historical curriculum.<br/>The then study achieved groups of issues as there is a clear effect on the systematic values because of using methods of communications technology. In the two communities of the study, besides, some changes which appeared on the customs, the tradition and the material and non-material culture consequently, it’s largely effect on the social life.
