N2  - وهذه الرسالة تناولت أحد هذه المخطوطات بالدراسة والتحقيق، وهي مخطوط: «إزالة التمويه في مشكل التنبيه على كل فاضل نبيه» لحمزة الحموي (ت: 670هـ)، وجزء من مخطوط «الموضح في شرح التنبيه» لصائن الدين الجيلي (ت: 632هـ)، وأهميتهما تتمثل في مكانة مؤلِّفيهما، وجمعهما لكثير من فروع الفقه الشافعي الذي أوردها الشيرازي في كتابه «التنبيه»، وحل ما قد يَرِد على بعضها من إشكالات، وتهدف الدراسة إلى إخراج جزء من الكتابين في صورة معاصرة يسهل على طلبة العلم الشرعي والباحثين الإفادة منهما.
وقد جاءت هذه الرسالة في قسمين: القسم الأول ترجمت للشيرازي والحموي والجيلي وفي آخر هذا القسم درست عشر مسائل فقهية دراسة مقارنة.
ثم انتقلت إلى القسم الثاني وهو ما يتعلق بتحقيق نص الكتابين وما يتعلق بهما، 
ثم ختمت الدراسة بخاتمة ذكرت فيها أهم ما توصلت إليه من نتائج وتوصيات; This message dealt with one of these manuscripts by
  study and investigation, a manuscript: «Removing camouflage in the problem of warning on every virtuous prophet» by Hamza Al-Hamawi (d.: 670 AH), and part of the manuscript «explained in the explanation of the warning» by Saan al-Din al-Jili (d.: 632 AH), and their importance is the status of their authors, and their collection of many branches of Shafi'i jurisprudence mentioned by Shirazi in his book «alert», and solve the problems that may respond to some of them, and the study aims to produce part of the two books in a contemporary form that facilitates the Students of forensic science and researchers benefit from them.
This treatise came in two sections: the first section was translated for Shirazi, Hamawi and Al-Jili, and at the end of this section ten jurisprudential issues were studied in a comparative study.
Then I moved on to the second section, which is related to the realization of the text of the two books and what is related to them, 
The study then concluded with a conclusion in which the most important findings and recommendations were mentioned
