N2  - هدف البحث إلى التعرف على واقع توافر متطلبات التحول الرقمى بمدارس التعليم الثانوى العام بمصر، ولقد اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تصميم إستبانة طبقت على عينة مكونة من (30) مدرسة بمحافظة القليوبية، وبلغت وحدة المعاينة من المديرين (29) مُفردة ، وبلغت وحدة المعاينة من المعلمين(571) مُفردة.  ولقد أوضحت نتائج الدراسة أن تحقيق التحول الرقمى الفعال بمدارس التعليم الثانوى العام يتطلب توفير البنية التحتية والتمويل وآليات العمل الرقمى بالمدارس أولاً، يليه توفير متطلبات التحول الرقمى لدى العاملين، ثم توفير متطلبات التحول الرقمى لدى الطلاب، وأخيراً توفير المتطلبات التشريعية على التوالى; The research aimed to identify the reality of the availability of digital transformation requirements in public secondary education schools in Egypt. The research followed the descriptive approach. A questionnaire was designed and applied to a sample of (30) schools in Qalyubia Governorate. The sampling unit of principals was (29) single, and the sampling unit Of the teachers was (571) single. The results of the study showed that achieving effective digital transformation in general secondary education schools requires providing the infrastructure, financing, and digital work mechanisms in schools first, followed by providing the requirements for digital transformation among workers, then providing the requirements for digital transformation among students, and finally providing the legislative requirements, respectively
