تتكون الأطروحة من أربعة فصول، تسبقها مقدمة وتليها خاتمة. المقدمة تشمل تحديد منطقة الدراسة وملامحها العامة، وأسباب اختيار الموضوع وأهدافه، وتساؤلات الدراسة ومصادرها، والدراسات السابقة، والمناهج والأساليب المُستخدمة في الدراسة، وأخيرًا محتوياتها الدراسة.
دَرس الفصل الأول العوامل المؤثرة في تحديد خصائص مُناخ إقليم شمالي غربي ليبيا. واهتمَّ الفصل الثاني بدراسة عناصر المُناخ المؤثرة على النشاط البشري في منطقة الدراسة.
وجَاء الفصل الثالث بدراسة تأثير المُناخ على راحة الإنسان في إقليم شمالي غربي ليبيا. واختصَّ الفصل الرابع بالجانب التطبيقي، وذلك بدراسة تأثير المُناخ على بعض الأنشطة البشرية بإقليم شمالي غرب ليبيا، حيثُ تأثير المناخ على توزيع العمران ومعرفة أنماطه واستخدامه في تخطيط المباني، وكذلك تأثير المُناخ على حوادث الطرق، بالإضافةِ إلى تأثير المناخ على تربية الحيوانات وصيد الأسماك.
الخاتمة لخَّصت أهم النتائج العلمية المُستخلصة من الدراسة، وقَدَّمَت بَعض التوصيات والاقتراحات التي قد تُسهم في التنمية المُستدامة لإقليم شمالي غربي ليبيا
; The thesis consists of four chapters, preceded by an introduction and followed by a conclusion. Introduction Determine the location of the study and its general features, the reasons for choosing the topic and its objectives, the study’s questions and sources, previous studies, and the first approaches and methods in the study.
The first chapter studied the factors affecting the climate characteristics of the northwestern region of Libya. The second chapter is concerned with studying the climate elements affecting human activity in the study area.
The third chapter studies the impact of climate on human comfort in the northern region of Libya. The fourth concerned the applied side, by studying the impact of climate on some human activities in the northwestern region of Libya, where the impact of climate on the distribution of urbanization and knowledge of its methods in planning buildings, as well as the impact of climate on road accidents, in addition to the impact of climate on animal husbandry and fishing.
The conclusion summarized the most important scientific findings from the study, and presented some results that may contribute to the sustainable development of the northern region of Libya
