<br/><br/> فقد تناولت الدراسة بالعرض والتحليل فرضية "القوة الذكية وإدارة الصراعات المائية"، وذلك تطبيقا على منطقة الشرق الأوسط عبر دراسة التحركات المتباينة لكل من "إسرائيل" و"تركيا"، ومحاولة الإجابة على التساؤلات الفرعية التى طرحتها الدراسة وذلك بالنظر إلى ما إنتهت إليه الفصول الثلاثة عبر تفنيد فرضياتهم البحثية، وذلك على النحو التالى: <br/><br/>-	الفصل الأول: ناقش أبعاد التحول فى نظرية القوة بمختلف التفاعلات الدولية، بالإضافة إلى بيان التأصيل النظرى للقوة الذكية – الفرضية الرئيسية لتلك الدراسة – حيث إنتهت تلك الجزئية إلى الإستناد على منهاجية "جوزيف ناى" فى تعريفة للقوة الذكية بأنها :"القدرة على الجمع بين القوتين الصلبة والناعمة فى إستراتيجية واحدة للتأثير على الأخرين".   <br/><br/>-	الفصل الثانى: ناقش بدورة الإستراتيجية الإسرائيلية نحو إنجاز متطلبات الهيمنة المائية بالمنطقة، وذلك عبر بيان حجم التوظيفات المتباينة للقوة الذكية الإسرائيلية (الصلبة +الناعمة) بمختلف الأقطار العربية لإدارة الملف المائى بكل من " الأراضى الفلسطينية المحتلة، سوريا، لبنان ، الأردن، مصر".<br/><br/>-	الفصل الثالث: ناقش فرضية التحركات التركية نحو إنجاز متطلبات "الامننة المائية " للداخل التركى وتأمين مشروعاتها الحيوية ذات الأهداف المتباينة سياسيا واقتصاديا واجتماعيا وأمنيا وتنمويا. وبيان حجم توظيفاتها المتباينة لأدوات القوة الذكية "الصلبة + الناعمة" لإنجاز سياتها بالملف المائى، خاصة مع توظيفها "للمحدد المائى" عبر تفعيل "أدوات القوة الصلبة"  بالمشروعات التنموية "الجاب GAP" و "أنابيب السلام" لإعادة تموضعها سياسيا وأمنيا بالشرق الأوسط.<br/> <br/>  <br/>The study presented and analyzed the hypothesis of “smart power and water conflict management”, as applied to the Middle East region by studying the different movements of “Israel” and “Turkey”, and trying to answer the sub-questions raised by the study, given what the three chapters concluded. By refuting their research hypotheses, as follows:<br/><br/>- Chapter One: Discussed the dimensions of the transformation in the theory of power in various international interactions, in addition to explaining the theoretical foundation of smart power - the main hypothesis of that study - where that part ended by relying on the methodology of “Joseph Nye” in his definition of smart power as: “the ability to combine "Both hard and soft powers in one strategy to influence the others."<br/><br/>- Chapter Two: Discuss the course of the Israeli strategy towards achieving the requirements of water dominance in the region, by explaining the size of the different investments of Israeli smart power (hard + soft) in various Arab countries to manage the water file in “the occupied Palestinian territories, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt.” <br/><br/>Chapter Three: Discussed the hypothesis of Turkish moves towards fulfilling the requirements of “water securitization” of the Turkish interior and securing its vital projects with varying political, economic, social, security and development goals. And an explanation of the extent of its various uses of smart power tools, “hard + soft” to achieve its policies in the water file, especially with its employment of the “water determinant” by activating “hard power tools” in the “GAP” and “Peace Pipelines” development projects to reposition itself politically and security-wise in the Middle East.<br/><br/>
