<br/><br/> يعد نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحددJust In Time(JIT)  من التقنيات الحديثة التي تزايد الإهتمام بها من قبل الشركات في الفترة الأخيرة، خاصة في ظل المنافسة الحادة والتطورات التكنولوجية السريعة والتغيرات المستمرة في بيئة الأعمال والسعي لمواكبة تلك التغيرات من خلال إتباع الأساليب والتقنيات  الحديثة، والتي منها نظام الإنتاج في الوقت المحدد، وقد هدف البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل نظام الإنتاج  في الوقت المحدد  (JIT)وأثره علي خفض التكاليف بالتطبيق علي الشركات الصناعية المصرية، علاوة  على مجموعة من الأهداف الفرعية الأخرى لعل أهمها :تحليل و بيان العلاقة التأثيرية بين إستخدام  (JIT) وخفض التكاليف الإجمالية في الشركات الصناعية، توضيح أهم مجالات تخفيض التكاليف في  ظل نظام (JIT)، وفي سبيل تحقيق هذه الأهداف قام الباحث بصياغة مجموعة من الفروض لعل أهمها: <br/>-	"لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة احصائيه بين تطبيق نظام الانتاج فى الوقت المحدد وبين تخفيض التكاليف"، <br/>-	"لا يوجد علاقة ذات دلاله احصائيه بين تطبيق نظام الانتاج فى الوقت المحدد وبين تخفيض وقت  الانتاج".<br/>وفي سبيل إختبار هذه الفروض قام الباحث بإعداد إستمارة إستبيان وتوزيعها على مجموعة من الفئات المستقصى منهم ذات الصلة، مستعينا بإستخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة للتحليل،وذلك بإستخدام مقياس Likert)) الخماسي وقد أسفرت النتائج عن :إن تطبيق نظام الإنتاج في  الوقت المحدد يؤدي إلى تخفيض المخزون بكافة أنواعه مما يؤدي إلى تحويل الإستثمار إلى مجالات  تؤدي إلى تحسين الأداء التكاليفي للشركة، وكذلك فإن تطبيقه يؤدي إلى إزالة أو تقليل الأنشطة التي لا تضيف قيمة للمنتج مما ينعكس على تخفيض التكاليف المباشرة في الشركة، وفي النهاية أوصى البحث بضرورة : إهتمام إدارات الشركات المصرية بتطبيق نظام(JIT)  والإطلاع على التجارب الناجحة للشركات العالمية التي تتبني نظام(JIT) ، ضرورة التنبيه على مسئولي الإنتاج بالشركات على تنظيم مواقع العمليات الإنتاجية بطريقة تقلل من وقت الإنتاجية، بالإضافة إلى توفير المرونة اللازمة لتخفيض  الوقت اللازم للعملية الإنتاجية وخفض دورة الإنتاج.<br/>  In Just Time (JIT) is a modern technology that has become increasingly of interest to companies in the recent period, especially in light of the fierce competition and rapid technological developments and the continuous changes in the business environment and the pursuit of these changes through the adoption of new methods and techniques, The aim of the research is to study and analyze the system of production in time (JIT) and its effect on reducing the costs applied to the Egyptian industrial companies, in addition to a set of other sub-goals, the most important of which are: Analysis and statement of the relationship between the S JIT and the reduction of the total costs in the industrial companies, to clarify the most important areas of cost reduction under the JIT system. In order to achieve these objectives, the researcher formulated a series of hypotheses, the most important of which is: "There is no statistically significant relationship between the application of the<br/>production system On time and between cost reduction "," there is no statistically significant relationship between the application of the<br/>production system on time and the reduction of production time. "In order to test these hypotheses, the researcher prepared a questionnaire form and distributed it to a group of related categories, A set of statistical methods the results have resulted in: The application of the production system in a timely manner leads to the reduction of stock of all types, which leads to the conversion of investment to areas that improve the performance of the cost of the company, and its application leads to the removal or reduction<br/>activities that do not add value to the product, which is reflected in the reduction of direct costs in the company, Finally, the research<br/>recommended the need: interest of the Egyptian companies to implement the JIT system and to see the successful experiences of international companies that adopt the system JIT, P processes productive way that reduces productivity time, in addition to providing the necessary flexibility to reduce the required production process time and reduce production cycle.<br/><br/>
