<br/><br/> هدفت الدراسة إلى إختبار أثر الروابط السياسية للشركات على الاحتفاظ بالنقدية وانعكاس ذلك على إدارة الأرباح، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة تطبيقية أجريت على عينة من شركات الأعمال المصرية المسجلة في البورصة المصرية بلغت (402) مشاهدة لعدد 67 شركة مقسمة إلى 11 قطاع ممثلة في الشركات المدرجة في مؤشر EGX100 والذي يوضح أكثر الشركات نشاطًا في بورصة الأوراق المالية المصرية، وذلك خلال الفترة 2014 – 2019، وقد تم استخدام أسلوب تحليل الانحدار المتعدد وتحليل الارتباط لبيرسون لتحليل البيانات إحصائيًا.<br/>    أوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة عكسية بين الروابط السياسية ككل والاحتفاظ بالنقدية، وعلاقة طردية بين الروابط السياسية من خلال الملكية الحكومية والاحتفاظ بالنقدية، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية بين الروابط السياسية ككل وإدارة الأرباح، ووجود علاقة عكسية بين الروابط السياسية من خلال كبار المساهمين وإدارة الأرباح، في حين بينت النتائج وجود علاقة طردية بين الاحتفاظ بالنقدية وإدارة الأرباح في ظل نموذج الروابط السياسية، أخيرًا أوضحت نتائج الدراسة وجود وساطة سواء جزئية أو كاملة لمتغير الاحتفاظ بالنقدية بين الروابط السياسية وإدارة الأرباح.<br/>  The main objective of the study was formulated, which is to address the impact of political connections of companies on cash holding and its reflection on earnings management, by conducting an applied study conducted on a sample of Egyptian business companies registered in the Egyptian Stock Exchange amounting to (402) observations of a number 67 companies divided into 11 sectors represented by the companies included in the EGX100 index, which shows the most active companies on the Egyptian Stock Exchange, during the period 2014-2019. Pearson's multiple regression and correlation analysis method was used to analyze the data statistically.<br/>The results of the study showed that there is an inverse relationship between political connections as a whole and cash holding, and a direct relationship between political connections through government ownership and cash holding. While the results showed that there is a direct relationship between cash holding and earnings management under the political connections model, finally the study results showed that there is a mediation, whether partial or complete, of the cash holding variable between political connections and earnings management.<br/>
