N2  - اتبعت الرسالة المنهج الاستقرائي للنظر في عمل المحكمة الدستورية وطريقة تفسيرها للنصوص القانونية، وقد جاءت بعنوان: "قواعد تفسير النصوص وأثرها في عمل المحكمة الدستورية العليا- دراسة تأصيلية تطبيقية"، وقد قسمت إلى ستة فصول،                                                الأول: تفسير النصوص (ماهيته، أهميته، أسبابه، أنواعه)، الثاني: النص الواضح الدلالة وأثره في تفسير المحكمة الدستورية، الثالث: النص الخفي الدلالة وأثره في تفسير المحكمة الدستورية، الرابع: طرق دلالة الألفاظ على الأحكام وأثرها في تفسير المحكمة الدستورية، الخامس: النص العام وأثره في تفسير المحكمة الدستورية، السادس: النص الخاص وأثره في تفسير المحكمة الدستورية. ثم لخصت الخاتمة أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وأهم التوصيات.

; The thesis followed the inductive approach to consider the work of the Constitutional Court and the way it interprets legal texts. It was entitled: “Rules for interpreting texts and their impact on the work of the Supreme Constitutional Court - an applied, original study.” It was divided into six chapters, the first: Interpretation of texts, the second: the text with clear significance and its impact on the interpretation of the Constitutional Court, the third: the text with hidden significance and its impact on the interpretation of the Constitutional Court, the fourth: the ways in which words signify rulings and their impact on the interpretation of the Constitutional Court, the fifth: the general text and its impact on the interpretation of the Constitutional Court, the sixth : The specific text and its impact on the interpretation of the Constitutional Court. Then the conclusion summarized the most important findings of the study and the most important recommendations
