This study had been carried out on thirty patients from both sexes, previously diagnosed to have cerebrovascular accident, the duration of condition was more than 6 months. Their ages ranged from 45-65 years old. The patients were selected from Faculty of Physical Therapy-Cairo, University and Al-Kasr Alainy Hospital., Cairo, Egypt. Glenohumeral subluxation was assessed by X-ray and Finger Breadth test, hand dexterity was assessed by Purdue Pegboard Test. Data were collected and statistically analyzed. The results of the study showed significant differences between x-ray analysis scores and purdue pegboard scores, significant difference between the VAN scores and PPBT scores with no correlation between FMA and x-ray analysis scores;
