<br/><br/> تتناول الدراسة واقع مجموعات طوابع البريد المصرية فى المتاحف، والجمعيات، والأرشيفات الإلكترونية داخل جمهورية مصر العربية، وتحديدًا فى متحف البريد المصرى، والجمعية المصرية لهواة طوابع البريد، والأرشيف الرقمى للطوابع المصرية التابع لمكتبة الإسكندرية، والأرشيف الرقمى للطوابع المصرية التابع للهيئة القومية للبريد وما تخضع له من عمليات ترتيب، ووصف، وتقييم طرق إتاحة تلك المجموعات وذلك منذ بداية اصدارها سنة 1866 حتى سنة 2022م.<br/>       وتهدف الدراسةُ إلى تطبيق المعايير الدولية لوصف المواد المصوّرة على طوابع البريد المصرية، بعد إجراء حصر شامل لتلك المجموعات، وذلك من خلال وضع منهجية علمية لتصنيف، وترتيب، ووصف طوابع البريد كمقتنيات وثائقية، وحصر الجهات المصرية التى تقتنى مجموعات من طوابع البريد، وتحديد أفضل الطرق لإتاحة تلك المجموعات.<br/>    وتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوثائقى التحليلى، الذى يدرس الوثيقة من حيث الشكل للتعرّف على خصائصها الخارجية والداخلية، فى محاولة لتطبيقه على طوابع البريد باعتبارها مادةً وثائقيةً، والدراسة الوصفية للمجموعات، وذلك بعد إجراء حصر شامل لها، وأيضًا منهج دراسة الحالة وأدواته المقابلات والاتصالات التليفونية والاستبيانات.<br/>  The study deals with the reality of collections of Egyptian postage stamps in Museums, Associations, and Electronic Archives within the Arab Republic of Egypt, specifically in the Egyptian Postal Museum, the Egyptian Philatelic Society, the Digital Archive of Egyptian Stamps of the Library of Alexandria, and the Digital Archive of Egyptian Stamps of the National Postal Authority and what they are submit From the processes of arranging, describing, and evaluating the methods of making these collections available, from their inception in 1866 until 2022 AD.<br/><br/>	 The study aims to apply international standards for describing Graphic materials on Egyptian postage stamps, after conducting a comprehensive inventory of these collections, by developing a scientific methodology for classifying, arranging, and describing postage stamps as documentary collectibles, identifying the Egyptian entities that possess collections of postage stamps and determining the best methodsTo make these groups available.<br/><br/>	 The study relies on the analytical documentary method, which studies the document form to identify its external and internal characteristics in an attempt to apply it to postage stamps as a documentary material, and the descriptive study of the collections, after conducting a comprehensive inventory of them, as well as the case study method and its tools: interviews, telephone calls, and questionnaires.<br/>
