<br/><br/> 30 males and females patients aged 18-35 years old was included. The peak torque of the knee extensor muscles was measured by using the isokinetic dynamometer at the speeds of 60⁰/s and 180⁰/s. The isometric peak torque of hip adduction was measured by using a handheld dynamometer. The visual analogue scale was used for pain level assessment. There was no significant interaction between the effect of hip adductors isometric contraction and knee extensor peak torque at angular velocities of 60⁰/s and 180⁰/s. There was no significant difference in pain between with and without hip adductors isometric contraction at 60⁰/s and 180⁰/s. There was a significant decrease in knee pain with and without hip adductors isometric contraction at 180⁰/s compared with that at 60⁰/s.<br/><br/>  ثلاثون مصاب من الذكور والإناث الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين ١٨ و ۳٥ عامًا ، تم قياس ذروة عزم الدوران للعضلات الباسطة للركبة باستخدام مقياس الدينامومتر المتساوي الحركي بسرعات ٦۰ درجة / ثانية و ١٨۰ درجة / ثانية. تم قياس عزم دوران الذروة متساوي القياس لعضلات الفخذ الضامة باستخدام مقياس ديناميكي محمول باليد. تم استخدام المقياس التناظري البصري لتقييم مستوى الألم.  لم يكن هناك تفاعل قوي بين تأثير الانقباض متساوي القياس لعضلات الفخذ الضامة وعزم دوران مد الركبة عند السرعات الزاوية ٦۰ درجة / ثانية و ١٨۰ درجة / ثانية. لم يكن هناك فرق كبير في الألم بين مع وبدون الانقباض متساوي القياس لعضلات الفخذ الضامة عند ٦۰  درجة / ثانية و ١٨۰ درجة / ثانية. كان هناك انخفاض كبير في آلام الركبة مع وبدون الانقباض متساوي القياس لعضلات الفخذ الضامة عند ١٨۰ درجة / ثانية مقارنة مع ٦۰  درجة / ثانية.
