N2  - هدفت الدراسة تعرف الإطار النظري المفاهيمي لـ«معلم التعليم الثانوي الفني الصناعي» في مصر، والكشف عن دور مهارات «التعليم التبادلي» في تطوير برامج التعليم الفني الصناعي وفق الرؤية الاستراتيجية للتعليم 2030، وتوضيح التجارب والاتجاهات المعاصرة في تطوير مهارات التدريس بـ«التعليم التبادلي» لدى المعلم، وبناء رؤية مستقبلية مقترحة لتطوير مهارات «التعليم التبادلي» لـ«معلمي التعليم الفني الصناعي» في ضوء الرؤية الاستراتيجية للتعليم 2030، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لكونه ملائم لطبيعة الدراسة، وقد تم استخدام المجموعات البؤرية والاستبانة كأدوات لجمع البيانات، تكونت عينة الدراسة من معلمي التعليم الفني الصناعي بمحافظة بني سويف، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج أهمها عدم توافر وحدات تدريب على المهارات التدريسية لمعلمي التعليم الفني الصناعي لتكون على اتصال دائم بالمعلمين لضمان بقاء أثر التدريب.; The thesis aimed to define the conceptual theoretical framework of the "industrial technical secondary education teacher" in Egypt, and to reveal the role of "reciprocal education" skills in developing industrial technical education programs in accordance with the strategic vision of education 2030, and to clarify contemporary experiences and trends in developing teaching skills in "reciprocal education" for the teacher, and to build a proposed future vision for developing the skills of "reciprocal education" for "industrial technical education teachers" in light of the strategic vision for education 2030, and the study used the descriptive approach because it is appropriate to the nature of the study. The focus groups and the questionnaire were used as tools for data collection, the study sample consisted of teachers of industrial technical education in Beni Suef Governorate, and the study reached several results, the most important of which is the lack of training units on teaching skills within industrial technical education schools to be in constant contact with teachers and be the point of contact between them to ensure the survival of the impact of training, neglecting the evaluation, whether initial or interim for the teacher in industrial technical education
