<br/><br/> تتناول الدراسة مدى أهمية وتأثير إتمام دراسة بحثية وافية لتدشين مشروعات مصغرة، وما يحيط بها من مؤثرات تتعلق بالبيئة التنافسية وأبرز ما يحول دون تنفيذ المشروعات الصغيرة وكذلك المعوقات التمويلية لهذه المشروعات وسماتها المميزة عن دونها من المشروعات الكبرى.<br/>ومن خلال هذه الدراسة تم التعرف على المعوقات التمويلية للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في جمهورية مصر العربية والصعوبات التي تواجه المؤسسات المالية المصرفية في تمويل هذه المشروعات.<br/>  The study addresses the importance and impact of completing a comprehensive research study to launch small and medium enterprises , and the surrounding influences related to the competitive environment and the most prominent things that prevent the implementation of SMEs, as well as the financing obstacles for these projects and their distinguishing features from other major projects.<br/>Through this study, the financing obstacles for small and medium enterprises in Egypt and the difficulties facing banking and non-banking financial institutions in financing these projects will be identified.<br/>
