; The study addresses the importance and impact of completing a comprehensive research study to launch small and medium enterprises , and the surrounding influences related to the competitive environment and the most prominent things that prevent the implementation of SMEs, as well as the financing obstacles for these projects and their distinguishing features from other major projects.
Through this study, the financing obstacles for small and medium enterprises in Egypt and the difficulties facing banking and non-banking financial institutions in financing these projects will be identified
