N2  - هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بقضية دارفور والأزمة المتعلقة بها وأسباب هذه الأزمة والتسلسل التاريخي لها وحدود امتدادها، بوصفها كما قال العديد من الكتاب السياسيين حرب إفريقيا المفضلة والتي على الرغم من كثرة المحاولات لإيجاد حل سلمي شامل لها، لم تستطع أي من الأطراف الدولية أو الإقليمية، أو أي منظمة دولية تدخلت في النزاع لحلها. وتمثلت مشكلة الدراسة، في أن دارفور تبقى مشكلة مستعصية حتى يومنا هذا بسبب سوء ما ارتكب فيها من جرائم إنسانية حقيقية لم تستطع منظمة الأمم المتحدة الراعي الأساسي لحقوق الإنسان والمتكفل الشرعي والوحيد القادر على الحفاظ على حرية مواطني الدول والدفاع عن حقوقهم وإيجاد حل لها. وتحاول هذه الدراسة قدر الإمكان شرح أسباب أزمة دارفور للوصول إلى جزء من الحقيقة حول مواقف الأطراف المحلية والإقليمية والدولية المشاركة بها، واستشراف أفاق الحلول المستقبلية لها. وقد أشارت فرضية الدراسة إلى أن تدخل الأمم المتحدة لم يساهم بشكل إيجابي في تتبع قضية دارفور ولم يساعد في حلها. وللتحقق من صحة الفرضية والإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها وتباين مقاصدها، وبعد مراقبة الوضع العام للأزمة ودراسة التحاليل بشأنها ومراقبة الأرقام والتصريحات والقرارات والاتفاقيات الدولية والإقليمية المتعلقة بها، تم استخدام مزيج من المناهج العلمية، يأتي على رأسها المنهج التحليلي والتاريخي واتخاذ القرار، للخروج باستنتاجات خاصة بالدراسة المتعلقة بدارفور سواء كانت نزاعًا قائمًا أو محاولة لتقديم حلول ناجحة لها.; The study aimed to shed light on the conflict in Darfur in order to understand the context of this conflict on several levels. This war has been called & quot African’s favorite war &quot. This study attempts to review the history that formed this dispute، to understand it more، and then try to analyze what is happening on the ground to get the full picture of the situation in Darfur. The problem of this study revolves around questions about how this dispute developed، what are the main causes of this war، what are the main objectives of the concerned parties، and what are the mechanisms that must be adopted to establish peace. Security and development in the region. The study attempts to answer its main questions by using the historical method and the analytical descriptive method as well as the decision-making method. The study has proven the validity of its hypothesis by highlighting the role and the efforts of the United Nations، and other states to solve the dispute. The study has also suggested that there should be serious efforts to maintain a collective security system in order to achieve international peace and stability، and it also recommended empowering the sovereignty of the nation state in order to enable it to handle solving its own problems.
