N2  - Chronic cesarean section scar pain acts as serious health problems that can certainly limit function and affect the women ’s quality of life and level of daily activities. Aim: The aim of the study was to determine the effect of scar release techniques on chronic scar pain and mobility post cesarean section. Methods: Forty women suffering from chronic post cesarean section scar pain and restricted scar mobility, participated in the study. They were randomly recruited from the department of Obestetrics and Gynaecology in El-Mansoura International Hospital, El-Mansoura, Egypt; تعتبر آلام الندبات الناتجة عن العملية القيصرية مشكلة صحية خطيرة يمكن أن تحد بالتأكيد من وظيفة وقدرة المرأة في حياتها الشخصية وأنشطتها اليومية. تهدف هده الدراسة الي تحديد تأثير تقنيات التخلص من الندبات علي ألم الندبة المزمن وقابليته للحركة بعد الولادة القيصرية. شاركت في الدراسة اربعون امرأة تعانين من آلام الندبات المزمنة بعد الولادة القيصرية وقصور في مرونة وحركة الندبة. تم تجميعهن بشكل عشوائي من قسم أمراض النساء والتوليد في مستشفى المنصورة الدولي بالمنصورة بجمهورية مصر العربية
