<br/><br/> New two Schiff base ligands derived from ofloxacin (oflo) as an antibiotic drug with 2-aminophenol (HL1) and 4-nitro-1,2-phenylenediamine (HL2) followed by synthesis of their transition metal complexes of 3d metal chlorides were described. they were investigated using elemental, spectral (IR, UV–Vis, 1H-NMR, mass), magnetic susceptibility, molar conductivity, and thermal studies. IR and 1H-NMR proved that the free ligands attached to the metal ions in a neutral tridentate mode. SEM is used to examine the free ligands and their Ni(II) complexes to confirm their nano-structures. Antimicrobial activities were investigated against different bacterial organisms. The antioxidant activities of two Schiff bases ligands and their metal complexes had been carried out using the standard DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) method.   اثنين من روابط قاعدة شيف الجديدة مشتقة من أوفلوكساسين )أوفلو( كدواء مضاد حيوي مع<br/>2 -أمينوفينول ) 1HL ( و 4 -نيترو- 1،2 -فينيلين ديامين ) 2HL ( متبوعا بتوليف معتقداتها المعدنية<br/>الانتقالية من كلوريدات فلز 3d . تم تمييز روابط قاعدة شيف ومجمعاتها المعدنية قيد الدراسة باستخدام<br/>تقنيات تحليلية مختلفة مثل التحليل العنصري ، والأشعة تحت الحمراء ، ودراسات طيفية الأشعة فوق<br/>البنفسجية - المرئية ، والعزم المغناطيسي ، وتقنيات التحليل الحراري. تم فحص نشاط مضادات الأكسدة<br/>والمضادات الميكروبية لهذه المركبات ومخلباتها المعدنية . اثيت ان الروابط الحرة تعلق على أيونات<br/>المعادن فى وضع ثلاثي الأبعاد المحايد. يستخدم مجهر المسح الالكتروني لفحص الروابط الحرة و<br/>مجمعات النيكل الثنائي الخاصة بهم لتأكيد هياكلها النانوية. تم فحص الأنشطة المضادة للميكروبات<br/>ضد الكائنات البكتيرية المحتلفة. تم تنفيذ الأنشطة المضادة الأكسدة لاثنين نت روابط قواعد شيف و<br/>مجمعاتها المعدنية باستخدام طريقة DPPH
