<br/><br/> In this study, a Bayesian Network analysis is used to define causal behavioral determinants towards improving practices in construction waste management (CWM). For this purpose, a structured survey questionnaire was developed and administered to field workers at construction projects. The collected data was used to develop a probabilistic relational model with single- and multi-factor analysis to assess conditional probabilities underlying various determinants. The results indicate that behavior is highly influenced by attitude, the prime objective of the research is to propose a way to reach almost zero backfilling; and determine a proper way to use this waste by reuse, recycle, minimize or prevent. The objective will be achieved by Identify the waste percentage for the selected material, split this percentage to two categories: disposed wastes and reused wastes (recycled), use the SPSS program to create to identifying the waste percentage in the project & create a tool that helps predicting wither the waste percentage for a certain project will be more or less than the mean calculated percentage  تواجه مصر هذه الايام في مجال  البناء  استهلاك كميات كبيرة من الموارد الطبيعية مما يولد كميات كبيرة من النفايات ، على سبيل المثال  بلغت كمية النفايات التي أنتجت في عام 2000 (11مليون طن) من قطاع التشييد ، فإن كمية النفايات المتولدة عن صناعة البناء والتخلص منها لاحقا في مدافن النفايات أصبحت تشكل مخاوف متزايدة. وعلى الرغم من أن التخلص من مدافن النفايات من مواد البناء لا يزال الخيار الاكثر تفضيلا من قبل العديد من شركات الانشاءات ، فإن أكثر من (75٪)  من مواد نفايات البناء لديها إمكانية إعادة الاستخدام أو إعادة التدوير. إن القيادة في تصميم الطاقة والبيئة إحدى أنظمة التقييم المستخدمة الاكثر قبولا والمعترف بها على نطاق واسع مما تعطي مكانة هامة لادارة مخلفات البناء في الموقع ضمن نظام تصنيفها. وهناك الآن اتجاه متزايد نحو تنفيذ تقنيات مستدامة لإدارة النفايات. ومع ذلك ، نادرا ما تعرضت فعالية هذه الطرق في صناعة البناء والتشييد لتحليل شامل و تم استحداث نسب الهوالك لبعض من المواد طبقا لطيبعه مشروعات مصر و تحديد العوامل الماثره علي هذه الهوالك وعمل برنامج يقوم بالتنؤ باحتماليه زياده او نقص الهوالك عن النسبه المستنتجه طبقاً لكل مشروع و الظروف المحيطه به اخذين فى الاعتبار عدد من البنود الحاكمة التى تتغير طبقاً لطبيعة المشروع.
