<br/><br/> the purpose of the study is to measure the IT and cloud governance<br/>impact on IT sector unit’s performance and hence to investigate the correlation<br/>between the existing implemented IT and cloud governance practices, including<br/>structures; processes; and relational capabilities; and IT sector departments<br/>performance outcomes in IT sector of the four mobile operators in Egypt.<br/>Design/methodology/approach: The study begins with Exploratory research<br/>followed by descriptive Research to understand and analyze the impact of the main<br/>variables (IT governance mechanisms, cloud governance mechanisms) on financial<br/>and nonfinancial IT sector departments’ performance. This Descriptive Research<br/>was targeted to test Research Hypotheses.<br/>Findings: The 12 hypotheses are accepted, indicating that IT and cloud governance<br/>have a significant positive impact on the financial and nonfinancial IT sector<br/>departments’ performance  هو قياس تأثير حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والحوسبة السحابية على أداء أقسام قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وبالتالي التحقيق في الارتباط بين الممارسات الحالية لحوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والحوسبة السحابية، بما في ذلك الهياكل؛ العمليات؛ والقدرات العلاقية؛ ونتائج أداء أقسام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات لدى لمشغلي شبكات المحمول في مصر.<br/>التصميم/المنهجية/المنهج: الدراسة تبدأ بالبحث التجريبي تليه البحث الوصفي لفهم وتحليل تأثير المتغيرات الرئيسية (آليات حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات، آليات حوكمة الحوسبة السحابية) على أداء أقسام قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المالي وغير المالي. كان هذا البحث الوصفي مستهدفًا لاختبار فروض البحث.<br/>النتائج: تم قبول الافتراضات الـ 12، مما يشير إلى أن حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والحوسبة السحابية لها تأثير إيجابي كبير على أداء أقسام قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات المالي وغير المالي.<br/>الأصالة / القيمة: سيوفر هذا البحث أفكاراً جديدة للممارسين والمديرين مع رؤية واضحة لتأثير حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والحوسبة السحابية على الأداء المالي وغير المالي لوحدات أعمال قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مشغلي شبكات المحمول في مصر.<br/>ويهدف أيضا هذا البحث إلى توفير آليات أكثر شمولا لحوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات لتواكب التقدم التكنولوجي، ولا سيما الحوسبة السحابية<br/>
