<br/><br/> The study seeks to identify the most important factors that attract European direct investments to Egypt compared to Turkey, The reason for choosing Turkey is that it is an economically similar to Egypt, in addition to being one of the European neighbouring countries that compete with Egypt in attracting European direct investment, The study uses descriptive quantitative method to describe the trends and directions of EU direct investment, also the study used time series analysis to test the main hypothesis for the study, the stationery tests show that the appropriate model was ARDL.<br/>The final result was the each of market size, economic stability , political stability , private domestic investment, coop agreement with EU, political expenditure) these variables positively affect EU direct investment flow, while taxes and trade openness are negatively affect EU DI flow to both of Egypt and turkey  قامت الدراسة بتحليل اهم محددات الاستثمار الاوروبية المباشرة الي كل من مصر وتركيا وذلك من خلال استقراء الدراسات السابقة في هذا المجال وكذلك بناء نموذج قياسي لتحديد اهم المتغيرات المحددت لتدفقات الاستثمارات الاوروبية المباشرة الي كل من مصر وتركيا واستخدمت الدراسة نموذج ARDL في قياس اثر تلك المتغيرات وخلصت الرسالة الي ان اهم العوامل المؤثرة ايجابياً علي تدفقات الاستثمارات الاوروبية المباشرة في مصر وتركيا هي (حجم السوق – الاستقرار الاقتصادي – الاستقرار السياسي – تدفقات الاستثمارات الخاصة – اتفاقية المشاركة مع الاتحاد الاوروبي – الانفاق الحكومي ) بينما تؤثر كل من الضرائب والانفتاح التجاري بالسلب علي تدفقات الاستثمار.
