<br/><br/> Planning industrial cities led to maximize the productivity without considering <br/>the adverse effects of planning on the users from an environmental, social, and <br/>aesthetic aspect. Therefore, there is a reduction in open areas due to the rapid rise of <br/>cities. Open spaces in Egyptian cities, in general, and industrial cities, in particular, <br/>have become neglected or ineffective spaces. As a result, industrial cities required <br/>defined regulations, and principles for open spaces. The research studied the term <br/>''open spaces'' and their impact on the industrial city. And analyzed international <br/>experiences to determine the most significant principles for planning open spaces in <br/>industrial cities. By analyzing the theoretical parts of the study and observing the data <br/>from the international cases in the practical part, the study explores the potential for <br/>creative planning. These principles are integrated set of guidelines that take into <br/>account functional, social, environmental, and aesthetic aspects. <br/><br/>   تهدف الدراسة للوصول الى مبادئ تخطيط الفراغات المفتوحة في مدننا الصناعية ، هذه المساحات التي تخلق هوية المدينة وتمنحها أنماطًا وشكلًا وميزات خاصة. وتعتبر الأوضاع الحالية في مدننا الصناعية معضلة متراكمة وبات تخطيط المدينة الصناعية نابع من الاحتياجات الاقتصادية وإهمال الجوانب العمرانية الاخرى. وتحولت المساحات المفتوحة إلى أراض شاغرة أو مناطق مهملة. وبالمدن الصناعية يتم إيلاء كل الاهتمام للمباني نفسها مع القليل من الاهتمام بالفراغات العمرانية المفتوحة. ومن خلال الدراسة سوف نتطرق الى تحليل المخطط الصناعى في عدد من التجارب العالمية وتقييمها وذلك للتعرف علي اهم الاسس والمعايير المستخدمة لتخطيط وتصميم الفراغات المفتوحة.<br/><br/>
