<br/><br/> Forty children with spastic diplegic cerebral palsy (11 girls and 29 boys), ranging in age from 3 to 6 years participated in the current study, they were randomly assigned  into two study groups of equal numbers, study group (A) that was treated by Masgutova neuro-sensorimotor reflex integration program and study group (B), in which children were subjected to Sensory integration program. Both groups received a selective physical therapy program (Stretching exercise, Strengthening exercise, facilitation for motor milestones) as a convential physical therapy program. All children were evaluated by using Gross Motor Function Measurement -88 , Peabody Developmental Motor Scale -2nd ed (reflexes, grasping and visual – motor integration subtests) and Standford Binet intelligence scales fifth edition for detection of intelligence level pre and post treatment that lasted for three successive months at frequency of three times per week. <br/>Keywords: Sensory integration, Masgutova Neuro-Sensorimotor Reflex Integration, reflexive integration, Motor Abilities, Cerebral Palsy   شارك في هذه الدراسة أربعون طفلاً أعمارهم بين 3 – 6 أعوام. وقد تم توزيعهم عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين من أعداد متساوية, المجموعة (أ)  تلقت التدخل بمنهجية ماسجوتوفا بينما المجموعة (ب) تلقت التدخل بالتكامل الحسى. تم تقييم كل مريض من المجموعتين قبل وبعد تلقى العلاج بإستخدام قياس الوظيفة الحركية الإجمالية, الإصدار الثانى من مقياس بى بدى للقياس التنموى و إختبار ذكاء ستانفورد بينه الصورة الخامسة. تلقت المجموعة (أ) التدخل بمنهجية ماسجوتوفا بمعدل 3 جلسات إسبوعيا, مدة الجلسة 45 دقيقة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر متواصلة, بينما تلقت المجموعة (ب) التدخل بالتكامل الحسى بمعدل 3 جلسات إسبوعياً, مدة الجلسة 45 دقيقة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر متواصلة, وتلقى جميع الأطفال في المجموعتين التدخل بالعلاج الطبيعى التقليدي بمعدل ثلاث جلسات إسبوعيا, مدة الجلسة 15 دقيقة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر متواصلة
