N2  - هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي التعرف علي فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية بعض المهارات الإبتكارية لدي معلمات الروضة في ضوء التجربة اليابانية ، وقد أشتملت عينة الدراسة علي عدد (35 معلمة) ، وقد إستخدمت الباحثة المنهج التجريبي ذي  المجموعة الواحدة ، وكانت الأدوات عبارة عن استمارة استطلاع رأي خبراء تربية الطفل في المهارات الابتكارية المراد تنميتها لدى معلمة الروضة في ضوء التجربة اليابانية(إعداد الباحثة) ، وبطاقة ملاحظة لأداء المعلمات أثناء تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي لتنمية مهاراتهن الابتكارية في ضوء التجربة اليابانية (إعداد الباحثة ) ، ومقياس المهارات الابتكارية لدى معلمة الروضة في ضوء التجربة اليابانية (إعداد الباحثة ) ، وبرنامج تدريبي لتنمية بعض المهارات الابتكارية لدى معلمات الروضة في ضوء التجربة اليابانية (إعداد الباحثة ) ، وقد إستغرق تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي مع معلمات الروضة شهر ونصف ، وقد أسفرت النتائج إلي فاعلية برنامج تدريبي لتنمية بعض المهارات الإبتكارية لدي معلمات الروضة في ضوء التجربة اليابانية.; The current study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program to develop some innovative skills among kindergarten teachers in light of the Japanese experience. The study sample included a number of (35 teachers). The researcher used the one-group experimental approach. The tools were a survey form for the opinion of educational experts. The child in the innovative skills to be developed by the kindergarten teacher in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by the researcher), a note card for the teachers’ performance during the implementation of the training program to develop their innovative skills in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by the researcher), and a measure of the innovative skills of the kindergarten teacher in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by researcher), And a training program to develop some innovative skills among kindergarten teachers in light of the Japanese experience (prepared by the researcher). The implementation of the training program with kindergarten teachers took a month and a half, and the results resulted in the effectiveness of a training program to develop some innovative skills among kindergarten teachers in light of the Japanese experience
