This study aimed to evaluate the importance of chromohystroscopy in detecting subtle endometrial changes which can be missed on routine hysteroscopy and compare between histopathology obtained through chromohystroscopy and standard endometrial sampling, Among 49 females, 40.8% showed focal dark staining and 59.2% showed diffuse light staining, focal staining has 65.5% sensitivity and 95% specificity for detection of endometrial pathology while diffuse light staining has 34.5% sensitivity and 5 % specificity for detection of endometrial pathologies. اجريت هذه الدراسه وتهدف الى تقييم أهمية تنظير الرحم الملون في الكشف عن التغييرات الدقيقة في بطانة الرحم و التي يمكن تفويتها في تنظير الرحم الروتيني و المقارنة بين التشريح المرضي الذي تم الحصول عليه من خلال تنظير الرحم الملون و أخذ عينات بطانة الرحم القياسية.من بين الإناث المدروسة وعددهم 49,أظهرت 40.8% تلطيخا بؤريا داكنا و أظهر 59.2% تلطيخا خفيف منتشر,و كشفت دراستنا أن الصبغ البؤري له حساسية 65.5% و نوعية 95% للكشف عن أمراض بطانة الرحم بينما الصبغ المنتشرله حساسية 34.5% و نوعية 5%. ارتبط نمط الضوء المنتشر مع تنظير الرحم الطبيعي و التهاب بطانة الرحم بينما ارتبط النمط البؤري مع الورم العضلي تحت المخاطي و تضخم بطانة الرحم و الكتلة النخرية
