This study was conducted to evaluate the clinical performance of self-cured universal adhesive Palfique, Tokuyama, Japan versus 3M Single bond universal,3M oral care, USA light cured universal adhesive in non-carious cervical lesions (NCCL). Restorations were done using 3M Z350 xt nano filled resin composite restorations and follow up were baseline (24h) , and after 1w,6,12 and 18 months’ time interval. The evaluation criteria included were fracture and retention, marginal adaptation, marginal discoloration, and postoperative sensitivity according to the FDI criteria. Post operative sensitivity was only recorded after one week. The proposed hypothesis was null. Twenty-eight patients were enrolled in this study with 69 NCCls, after signing the informed consents. Teeth were isolated by using either rubber dam followed by selective enamel etching and dentin etching briefly if sclerosis was present and then application of one of the two adhesives tested according to the manufacture instructions followed by restoring the tooth by the resin composite. According to the results obtained, Palfique self-cure universal adhesive gave inferior results when compared to 3M light cured universal adhesive considering fracture and retention at 6, 12.18 months. As for marginal adaptation gave inferior results at 6 months and comparable results at 12 , 18 months ,while marginal discoloration gave inferior results also after 6,12months follow up when evaluated according to FDI criteria. While it gave comparable results after 18-month follow up period. For post operative sensitivity, it was higher when using Palfique self-cured adhesive at 1w follow up. أجريت هذه الدراسة لتقييم الأداء الاكلينيكي للمادة اللاصقة الشاملة ذاتية المعالجة مقابل اللاصق الشامل المعالج بالضوء في المرضى الذين يعانون من الآفات العنقيه اللاتسوسيه . تم استخدام حشوه النانو راتنج المركب خلال مده 6و12و ١٨ شهرًا ، وشمل التقييم الكسر والاحتفاظ والتكيف الهامشي وتغير اللون الهامشي وحساسية ما بعد الحشو بعد أسبوع واحد وفقًا لمعايير الاسنان الفيدراليه العالميه (اف دي أي ) الفرضية المقترحة هي فرضيه العدم.
ثمانية و عشرون مشارك تم ضمهم في هذه الدراسه لديهم 69 افه عنقيه لاتسوسيه وذلك بعد الحصول علي الموافقه المستنيرة. تم عزل الاسنان باستخدام العزل المطاطي. تبع ذلك نقشانتقائي للميناو العاج أحيانا في حاله وجودتصلب بالاسنان ثم تطبيق أحد اللاصقتين وفقًا لتعليمات التصنيع متبوعًا بترميم السن واسطة مركب الراتنج z350 و تم التقييم وفقًا وفقًا لمعاير الاسنان الفيدراليه العالميه FDI.
وفقًا للنتائج التي تم الحصول عليها من اللاصق ذاتي المعالجة ، فقد أعطت المادة اللاصقة الشاملة ذاتيه المعاملة نتائج ضعيفة عند مقارنتها بالمادة اللاصقة العالمية المعالجة بالضوء ,مع الأخذ في الاعتبار الكسر والاحتفاظ في فتره متابعه 6و12و18 شهر. و التكيف الهامشي في فتره متابعه 6 اشهر بينما اعطت نتائج مماثله في 12, 18 شهر , و تصبغ الحواف في فترة المتابعة 12.6 أشهر عند تقييمها وفقًا لمعاير الاسنان الفيدرالية العالمية بينما أعطت نتائج مماثلة عند 18- شهر
واما بالنسبة للتجميل وحساسية ما بعد الجراحة كانت الحساسية أعلى عند استخدام الاصق ذاتي المعالجة بعد متابعة اسبوع ،
