<br/><br/> One hundred thirty‐eight children with different types of spastic cerebral palsy (unilateral and bilateral) and at different levels of gross motor function classification system with age ranged from 6 to12 years and their mothers' with age ranged from 25 to 45 years, participated in this study. Mother's care burden, level of fatigue, and child quality of life were measured and compared between different groups by using the Zarit Burden Scale, Chalder Fatigue Questionnaire, and Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (cerebral palsy module), respectively. The mother's care burden and fatigue should be considered in the rehabilitation of spastic cerebral palsy children based on their gross motor functional classification system, as they have a negative impact on child quality of life; therefore, helping the mother with her needs should not be ignored, especially in families with severely spastic cerebral palsy children and low financial income.   شارك في هذه الدراسة مائة وثمانية  وثلاثون طفلاً يعانون من أنواع مختلفة من الشلل الدماغي التشنجي (أحادي وثنائي) مع مستويات مختلفة من المستوى الوظيفي الحركي ممن تراوحت أعمارهم بين 6 إلى 12 عامًا وأمهاتهم تتراوح أعمارهن بين 25 إلى 45 عامًا. تم قياس ومقارنة عبء رعاية الأم والإجهاد وجودة حياة الطفل بين مجموعات الشلل الدماغي التشنجي المختلفة باستخدام مقابلة عبء "زاريت"، واستبيان "تشالدر" للتعب، ومقياس جودة الحياة للأطفال على التوالي . ينبغي أخذ عبء رعاية الأم والإجهاد في الاعتبار عند إعادة تأهيل الأطفال المصابين بالشلل الدماغي التشنجي بناءً على المستوى الوظيفي الحركي، حيث أن لهم تأثيرًا سلبيًا على جودة حياة الطفل؛ لذلك لا ينبغي إهمال مساعدة الأم في تلبية احتياجاتها، خاصة في الأسر التي لديها أطفال مصابون بالشلل الدماغي التشنجي الرباعي وذوي الدخل المالي المنخفض.
