One Hundred two dentists of both genders were selected from faculty of dentistry Badr University and Alkasr Alainy outpatient clinic from the period between 15 April 2023 to 15 July 2023. Their mean age ±25-30 years old. To assess postural load RULA was used then Cornell questionnaire was discussed and fulfilled to the dentists to determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders during the past 12 months. FINDINGS The findings of this study were as the following: the most prevalent musculoskeletal disorder among dentists is in neck region followed by lower back followed by upper back. Also there was strong relation between high postural load and musculoskeletal disorders CONCLUSION it can be concluded from this study that the postural load and Musculoskeletal disorders areas in the dentistry profession vary from environment to another as in different studies they had different scores and in Egypt ,almost all the Egyptian dentists in this study suffer from high postural load and most of them have musculoskeletal disorders at the neck, lower back ,upper back and there was a positive correlation between 77 increasing postural load and increasing musculoskeletal disorders in these three regions. RECOMMENDATIONS The following recommendations are suggested: 1) A similar study should be conducted on a large number of patients to confirm and provide more generalization of the data base results. 2) A similar study should be conducted on different age groups and both genders separately. 3) Further studies are needed to show the effect of ergonomic work with dentists in the decrease of pain and musculoskeletal disorders rate and areas. 4) Further studies to assess differences between dentists who have ergonomic knowledge and who are not. 5) It is recommended to interevent ergonomically early to prevent musculoskeletal disorders from happening.; عنوان البحث: انتشار الاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية بسبب التحميل البدني بين أطباء الأسنان المصريين الهدف من الدراسه: ليتم التعرف على معدل انتشار الاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية المرتبطة بالعمل في مناطق الجسم المختلفة بين أطباء الأسنان وليتم التحقيق في العلاقة بين الحمل الوضعي العالي والاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية المرتبطة بالعمل مواد و اساليب البحث: اجريت هذه الدراسه بالعيادات الخارجيه بجامعة بدروالعيادات الخارجية بالقصر العينى. خطة الدراسه: تم اختيار مائة واثنين من أطباء الأسنان من الجنسين من كلية طب الأسنان جامعة بدر وعيادة القصر العيني الخارجية، وتراوحت أعمارهم بين 25 – 30 سنة. تم شرح رولا لأطباء الأسنان وكيفية تقييم الحمل الوضعي ثم تمت مناقشة استبيان كورنيل وتلبيته لأطباء الأسنان لتحديد مدى انتشار الاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية خلال الـ 12 شهرًا الماضية نتائج الدراسه: أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر الاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية انتشارا بين أطباء الأسنان تكون في منطقة الرقبة تليها أسفل الظهر ثم أعلى الظهر. كما كانت هناك علاقة قوية بين الحمل الوضعي العالي والاضطرابات العضلية الهيكلية.
