N2  -         تسعى الدراسة إلى رصد أخلاقيات النشر على المواقع الإلكترونية المصرية وحساباتها بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي فى الموضوعات المنتجة باستخدام صحافة الموبايل، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء دراسة تحليلية على المواقع الإلكترونية التالية (موقع "القاهرة 24"، موقع "اليوم السابع"، موقع "مصراوى") واستخدمت أداة تحليل المضمون لمعرفة مدى التزام هذه المواقع بأخلاقيات النشر فى الموضوعات المنتجة بواسطة صحافة الموبايل بالتطبيق على قسم الحوادث فى المواقع محل الدراسة، وتمثل الإطار النظرى للدراسة فى نظرية المسئولية الاجتماعية ونظرية الشبكة الفاعلة، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء دراستها التحليلية على المواقع الإلكترونية باستخدام الأسبوع الصناعى خلال الفترة من شهر أكتوبر 2022 حتى شهر ديسمبر 2022؛ وذلك نظراً لكثرة الأخبار المنتجة فى قسم الحوادث، كما قامت الباحثة بإجراء مقابلات متعمقة مع صحفيين داخل المواقع محل الدراسة لتدعيم نتائج الدراسة التحليلية، وتوصلت الباحثة إلى عدد من النتائج أهمها: أبرز القضايا والأحداث موضوع التغطية تتركز فى حوادث الطرق، والحرائق، والقتل، كما توصلت الباحثة إلى وضوح هدف "إبراز دور الجهات المعنية" على مستوى المواقع محل الدراسة وارتباطه بالسياسة التحريرية الخاصة بالمواقع، واستقصاء المعلومات والأخبار من الجهات المعنية الرسمية، وأيضاً ظهور الخبر الصحفى كأبرز الأشكال الصحفية بين المواقع محل الدراسة؛ وذلك لأن أخبار الحوادث متعاقبة بشكل دائم وسريع، مثل: "حوادث الطرق، الحرائق" ، وأن الصحفيين فى المواقع الإلكترونية محل الدراسة يقومون بنشر مستجدات القضايا فى أخبار منفصلة، بالإضافة إلى ظهور الصور الأرشيفية بشكل ملحوظ فى موقع "اليوم السابع" لكثافة النشر على الموقع فيلجأ مسئول النشر للصور الأرشيفية المكررة التى سبق الاعتماد عليها فى أخبار سابقة على المنصة الداخلية للموقع، وتوصلت إلى الاعتماد فى تصوير الفيديوهات مع أقارب الضحايا أو الضحايا أنفسهم أوغيرهم من ذوى الصلة بالقضية، وذلك لتوجه المواقع للبث المباشر على وجه السرعة، و" الرجل " جاء كأكثر الأطراف مشاركة فى الأحداث محل التغطية، ووضح التزام المواقع محل الدراسة فى الجانب الخاص بالاعتماد على "المصادرالأمنية الرسمية" وأطراف القضية كأبرز المصادر غير الرسمية، كما جاء مبدأ " كتابة الحروف الأولى فقط من أسماء الضحايا أو المتهمين " كأبرز مبادئ المهنية فى التغطية الصحفية، والتزمت المواقع عينة الدراسة بعدة أمور أخلاقية؛ فلم تبرر الخطيئة والجريمة، كما التزمت بإسناد الآراء لمصادرها كعنصر من عناصر الدقة والإجابة على سؤالى ماذا وأين كعنصرين من عناصر الإجابة على الأسئلة الخمسة والتى تعبر عن مدى الشمول والتكامل; The study seeks to monitor the ethics of publishing on Egyptian websites and their accounts on social media regarding topics produced using mobile journalism. The researcher conducted an analytical study on the following websites (Cairo 24 website, Youm7 website, Masrawy website) using content analysis method to determine the extent of these websites’ commitment to the ethics of publishing on topics produced by mobile journalism with application on the Accidents Section. The theoretical framework of the study is represented by the theory of social responsibility and the theory of the effective network. The researcher conducted her analytical study on the websites under study using the Industrial Week from October 2022 to December 2022, due to the large number of news produced in the Accidents Section. The researcher conducted in-depth interviews with journalists working for the websites under study to support the results of the analytical study, reaching a number of results; the most important of which are that the most prominent issues and events subject to coverage are focused on road accidents, fires, and murder. The researcher also found that the objective of “highlighting the role of the concerned authorities” at the level of the websites under study is clearly interconnected with their editorial policy, as well as their means of investigating the validity of information and news from the official concerned authorities. Also, the researcher revealed that press release is the most prominent form of journalism among the websites under study, because accidents news is constantly and rapidly successive, such as “road accidents, fires,” and that journalists on these websites publish developments in separate news items, in addition to the noticeable appearance of archival photos in Youm7 website due to dense publishing that the Publishing Official resorts to duplicate archive images that were previously published in preceding news on the website’s internal platform. For quick live streaming, the websites under study aimed at filming videos with victims’ relatives, the victims themselves, or others related to the case, while “males” came as the most involved party in the events under coverage. The researcher also explained that the websites under study depended on “security sources” to be their official sources whereas the case parties were their most distinguished unofficial sources. The principle of “writing only the victims’ or the accused initials” was the most outstanding professional principle in press coverage. However, the websites sampled for the study were committed to several ethical principles: they did not justify sin and crime, they attributed opinions to their sources as an element of accuracy and response to the researcher’s questions of “what and where” as two out of the five questions that express the extent of comprehensiveness and integration
