N2  - Forty Down syndrome children from both genders with ages ranged from eight to twelve years old participated in the study. Foot arch angles were assessed by X-ray radiological assessment whereas; quality of life of children with Down syndrome was evaluated by the Oxford ankle foot questionnaire. Results: There was a significant increase in talo-calcaneal angle of the right and left foot , bohler's angle of the right and left foot, 5th metatarsal base angle of the right and left foot and talo-metatarsal angle of the right and left foot of study group compared with the reference value. There was a significant decrease in school & play score of study group compared to the reference value. Children with Down syndrome had problems in their feet that directly affect their quality of life; شملت هذه الدراسة مجموعه مكونه من أربعين طفلاً من الأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة داون من كلا الجنسين تراوحت أعمارهم بين ثمانية إلى اثني عشرعامًا، تم تقييم زوايا قوس القدم عن طريق التقييم الإشعاعي للأشعة السينية؛ بينما تم تقييم نوعية حياة الأطفال المصابين بمتلازمة داون من خلال استبيان أكسفورد للقدم. النتائج: هناك زيادة ملحوظة في زاوية الكاحل العقبي للقدم اليمنى واليسرى، زاوية بوهلر للقدم اليمنى واليسرى، زاوية قاعدة مشط القدم الخامسة للقدم اليمنى واليسرى، وزاوية تالومشط القدم للقدم اليمنى واليسرى في مجموعة الدراسة مقارنةً بالقيمة المرجعية. يعاني الأطفال المصابون بمتلازمة داون من مشاكل في أقدامهم مما يؤثربشكل مباشرعلى جودة حياتهم
