<br/><br/> Our study is a prospective study that included 107 full term neonates, 52 males and 55 females with estimation of cord blood acid base analysis and serum lactate as a predictor for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia and follow up by serum bilirubin for all cases.  دراستنا هي دراسة استطلاعية شملت 107من حديثي الولادة، 52 ذكرًا و 55 أنثى مع تقدير تحليل قاعدة حمض دم الحبل السري ولاكتات المصل كمؤشر لفرط بيليروبين الدم الوليدي ومتابعة البيليروبين في الدم لجميع الحالات.
