<br/><br/> Purpose: This study was conducted to determine the effect of on phantom breast pain post mastectomy. Subjects and methods: forty-four females patients diagnosed clinically by physician as post mastectomy phantom breast pain. They suffered from phantom pain based on clinical investigations. They participated in this study. Their ages ranged from 20 – 50 years old. The participants were selected from Kasr El Aini oncology clinic and randomly distributed into two equal groups in number. (Group A) included 22 patients who received low level laser plus routine physical therapy program, 3 times per week for 4 weeks. (Group B) included 22 patients who received placebo low laser therapy plus routine physical therapy program, 3 times per week for 4 weeks. Measurement: measure pain with (VAS)visual analog scale, range of motion (ROM)with goniometer, quality of life scale (QOL) to measure quality of life. Results: there was decrease in pain and increase in range of motion and quality of life for group A compared with group B after treatment. Conclusion: low level laser therapy combined with routine exercises were effective in reducing pain and increasing range of motion and quality of life than placebo low level laser therapy combined with routine exercises (p<0.001) in phantom breast pain postmastectomy  الغرض من الدراسه الحاليه تقييم تأثير الليزر منخفض الشده والتمارين العلاجيه مقابل التمارين العلاجيه فقط علي ألم الثدي الوهمي بعد استئصال الثدي ,اشترك في هذه الدراسه اربعه واربعون مريض مما يعانون من الم الثدي الوهمي في زراع واحده . أعمارهم تتراوح مابين العشرين والخمسين عام وتم اختيارهم من العيادات الخارجيه بالقصر العيني بجامعه القاهره وتم تقسيمهم عشوائيا الي مجموعتين متساويتين : المجموعه الأولي تكونت من اثني وعشرين مريضاً ممن تلقوا العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشده  بجانب التمارين العلاجيه بمعدل ثلاثه جلسات اسبوعيا لمده شهر  والمجموعه الثانيه تكونت من اثني وعشرين مريضاً ممن تلقوا العلاج بالتمارين العلاجيه فقط بمعدل ثلاثه جلسات اسبوعيا لمده شهر ولقد اظهرت النتائج فروق ذات دلاله احصائيه بين المجموعتين قبل وبعد العلاج  ولكن العلاج بالليزر منخفض الشده بجانب التمارين العلاجيه  كان له تأثير افضل علي الم الثدي الوهمي بالمقارنه مع التمارين العلاجيه فقط كما اوضح مقياس الألم.
