<br/><br/> Two open star clusters; Stock 3 and Stock 18 were subjected to photometric and kinematic analysis, finding that these both clusters are in non-relaxed state. We used the most up-to-date Gaia DR3 version for our analysis. Regarding the parameters of the clusters, we had provided calculations for the clusters' central coordinates and radial density profiles along with membership probability tests. In a comparative way, we applied two different statistical approaches, leveraging proper motion data, one for Gaia DR3 and the other for PPMXL which led to the selection of the most likely members. In turn, we constructed the color magnitude diagrams (CMDs) and derived the ages and distances, in addition to the total masses and the mass function (MF) slopes. Furthermore, visual illustrations of the dynamics and kinematics of these unrelaxed clusters are presented, in addition to providing details on the escape velocities, space velocities, apex points and the solar elements.   تم إخضاع مجموعتين نجميتين مفتوحتين؛ (استوك ٣ واستوك ١٨،<br/>"Stock 3 and Stock 18") للتحليل الضوئي والحركي، ووجدنا أن كلتا المجموعتين في حالة غير مستقرة. استخدمنا أحدث إصدار من Gaia DR3لتحليلنا. فيما يتعلق بحسابات عوامل تلك المجوعتين، قدمنا حسابات لإحداثيات المجموعات المركزية و تخطيط الكثافة الشعاعية إلى جانب اختبارات احتماليةالعضوية. بطريقة مقارِنة، طبقنا نهجين إحصائيين مختلفين، مستفيدين من بيانات الحركة الخاصة بالنجوم، أحدهما لـ Gaia DR3 والآخرى لـ PPMXLمما أدى إلى اختيار الأعضاء الأكثر احتمالية. وأيضًا، قمنا ببناء مخططات حجم اللون (CMDs) واستنبطنا الأعمار والمسافات، بالإضافة إلى الكتل الكلية ومنحدرات دالة الكتلة (MF). علاوة على ذلك، تم تقديم الرسوم التوضيحية المرئية لديناميكيات وحركية هذه المجموعات غير المستقرة، بالإضافة إلى تقديم تفاصيل حول سرعات الإفلات وسرعات الفراغية ونقاط القمة والعناصر الشمسية.
