This study is discussing different ways to perform coronary artery bypass grafting for patients presenting with angina pectoris and different types of myocardial infarction.It shows different methods to be used either venous grafts or artery grafts and comparing the patency rates between different types of grafts and shows different modalities to increase patency rates for these grafts to decrease the need for reoperation
