<br/><br/> The objective of this study was to evaluate the operative management of flexible flatfoot in children by calcaneal lengthening osteotomy described by evans. Fifteen children (11 girls and 4 boys) with average age 11 years 4 months (range, 6 years 2 months to 13 years 4 months) with 25 idiopathic symptomatic flexible flatfeet were included in this study
