Proper allocation of dimensional and geometrical tolerances on the components of a mechanical assembly can positively affect the resulting manufacturing cost and the performance quality level . This work aims to demonstrate applying both Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) method and the Genetic Algorithm technique (GA) in order to find out an optimal allocation of tolerance for assembled mechanical components
