<br/><br/> The rate of infection by enteric protozoa among Finally , it was worthy to mention that the direct smear method detected the low percentage of the intestinal protozoan infection in all the target parasites in comparison with the two concentration techniques Meanwhile , the Iron - Haema - toxylin stain and the Mallory phosphotungstic haematoxylin stain gave the well characterized colouration for E histolytica , E coli and G lamblia than the Trichrome stain On the other hand , the Modified Zeihl - Neelsen stain was specific only for C parvum
