<br/><br/> The work presented in this thesis is concerned with epitope mapping of RA 33 and GPI autoantigens present in rheumatoid arthritis patients . Autoantigens RA33 and GPI were purchased recombinantly expressed in Escherichia coli. Both proteins were purified by High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and identified by 1D gel electrophoresis (SDS PAGE )
