Secondary dysmwnorrhea is more likely to be associated with midcycle pain, dyspareunia, and metrorrhagia. The pain in secondary dysmenorrhea is caused by a variety of uterine abnormalities including polyps, fibroids, endometriosis, adenomyosis and uterine anomalies which can be easily discovered by using of ultrasound as a non-invasive technique
