Thirty patients participated in the study their age ranges from 40 to 53 years . They were divided into two equal groups . The studies group (fifteen patients) received low level laser therapy (LLLT) program (3 sessions / week 20 minutes / per session for 4 weeks) in addition to oral hypoglycemic drugs ER -
