<br/><br/> This study aimed to compare arthrocentesis and arthrocentesis with pterygomasseteric sling release in management of temporomandibular joint internal derangement . Twelve patients were included in the study . They were divided into 2 equal group one group was treated by arthrocentesis while the other was managed by combining arthrocentesis to pterygomasseteric sling release
