<br/><br/> Objective : To investigate the possible effect of orlistat (antiobesity drug) on the rat submandibular salivary gland . Method: The submandibular salivary gland of the rats took 200 mg orlistat /kg barley were fixed processed by standard methods and examined by light and transmission electron microscope . Conclision: Orlistat affect the histology and the ultrastucture of the rat submandibular salivary gland
