N2  - In the present study 600 fertile SPF egg samples representing 30 batches used in the Central Laboratory for Evaluation of Veterinary Biologics (CLVB) were collected for evaluation . Different materials were sampled from the eggs including (egg yolk , egg albumin , allantoic fluid ) and used in screening of any possible virus transmission and/ or antibodies against some selected viruses
