<br/><br/> Clinical and biochemical manifestations were evaluatted in 30 patients clinically suspected of mucopolysaccharidosis . Clinically echocardiography rvealed abnormal findings in 23 patients (76%) tricupid / mitral regurge were the most common . Dystosis multiplex were found in 28 patients (93%) and upper airway obstruction in 21 patients (70%)  and hepato - splenomegaly in 16 patients (53%)
