The purpose of this study is to evaluate the sitting and standing posture pattern in children with spastic diplegia following the participation in skin sensory stimulation program in addition to the suggested physical therapy program . Thirty children with spastic diplegia ranged in age from two to four years old participated in this study . They were classified into two groups of equal number (control and study)
