<br/><br/> The objective of the present work is study the possibility of involved neurotransmitters in the CNS side effects due to the administration of gatifloxacin and ciprofloxacin in male albino rats weighing (100 ± 20g ) grouped into three groups administered via oral intubation volume of 2ml water/day . 1st control group administered water 2nd group administered ciprofloxacin 80mg/ kg body weight 3rd group administered gatifloxacin 32mg/kg body weight for experimental durations 1, 3, 7, and 14 days
