<br/><br/> The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of conitive impairment on functional abilities of stroke patients . Thirty stroke patients were selected for this study 15 patients with right Cerebro - Vascular Accident [ CVA ] (group A ) and 15 patients with left CVA (group B ) . Their ages ranged from 45 to 60 years and the duration of illness ranged from three to 18 months
