<br/><br/> The aim of the present study is to evaluate the use of biolglass and Fisiograft materials in filling freshy extracted sockets of lower molars with immediate implant . Twelve screwplant fixtures were used in this study inserted immediately after extraction of the lower molar in one of the two scokets ( mesial or distal ) the other socket and any remainder space around the implant is then filled with bone powder
