<br/><br/> The thesis presents a number of lexical semantic analysis techniques to generate a thesaurus from MRD. Moreover, the thesaurus is further enriched by surrounding context of the words in a corpus using word sense disambiguation (WSD) techniques. Two approaches are utilized for automatic thesaurus generation from Arabic MRDs, namely: Pattern matching and clustering techniques
